Is “Partial color mode” (Use HSV) a type of undo?
No. Use HSV is used to modify hue, saturation, value, and/or luminance, one or two values at a time, without affecting the other color components. For instance, in the HSV sub-mode, you are painting in a new hue, without affecting the existing saturation or value.
