Is Poison Explosion as good as Corpse Explosion?

Poison Explosion does get pretty nice damage and radius after level 20, increasing rapidly, so getting it to level 40 isn’t a bad idea, using Poison and Bone Charms. Some people prefer to use this more, I could go either way, but I like to stick with Corpse Explosion, because it’ll always be good anywhere, instead of Poison Explosion with a fixed 618-643 over 2 seconds damage.
