Is Policy Governance designed for nonprofit boards or equity corporate boards?
The model is designed for any group of persons that, usually on behalf of others, has governing authority over-and, therefore, accountability for enterprise. Consequently, it applies to nonprofit and equity (profit) corporate boards alike, as well as many governmental bodies like city councils, airport authorities, and school boards.
