Is Pranayama possible for people who aren naturally flexible, aged people, physically disabled people?
Everyone can practice Pranayama ideally above 13 years. You can sit on the floor, desk or chair to do the Pranayama. Many times those who are not inherently flexible actually benefit the most. Pranayama is a breathing exercise done with more relaxed position. In fact, Pranayama should be done sitting in the most comfortable position. It´s like sitting in a church,mosque or temple and listening to a lecture. We are going to sit in a relaxed position and do the Pranayama.
