Is prenatal massage safe in the first trimester?
There is some debate about this. Some think that there is no problem, while some think that you should let the fetus “take” for a bit before attempting massage. Some even think there are specific acupressure points that can stimulate delivery. The bottom line is, ask your doctor first.
