It's healthier than normal oil. oleic oil has a higher content of monounsaturated fat vs fat, polyunsaturated fatty acids. Polyunsaturated fat is more likely to increase your cholesterol and heart disease. Your body needs a certain amount of fat but an excess even of monounsaturated would still pose a problem - and your burrito would taste like shit. They are using a better version.
