The Proctor Clinic has marketed NANO shampoo internationally for nearly two decades, making progressive improvements to the product. Our NANO shampoo represents years of research with hair loss treatment agents and involves nine patents by myself, an MD,PhD drug researcher. Recently, companies such as Purology have also begun to market “NANO shampoos”, copying both our tradename and our trade dress. Arguably, their purpose is to confute their products with ours.
