This accreditation means Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers is included in the ranks of the nation’s highest quality providers. We are monitored and measured by CARF’s national standards. Rainbow’s homes are licensed by the state of Michigan. We have an excellent track record with our inspections and have always been approved for re-licensure at all of our locations. Rainbow’s outpatient facility in Ypsilanti is certified as a CORF (Certified Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility.
