The power supply may be recharged while installed on the e-bike or while removed for indoor storage. Do not attempt to recharge the power supply outdoors in inclement weather. This may result in a short circuit within the charger resulting in damage or failure, causing it to overcharge the batteries resulting in a dangerous build-up of gases with the power supply unit.
