A. We recommend that a reservation should be made at least 24 hours before the wedding day. Simply call us in advance. This process will allow us to pick up your FRESH bouquet at the reception with a small fee and held with a $100 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will apply toward the balance of the keepsakes. No decision needs to be made on the encasement at this time. When making reservation, we will discuss about your wedding bouquet and guidlines of taking care the bouquet before and after the event to ensure the best result. Q. How long do I have to wait to get my keepsake? A. The completed keepsake process will take approximately 8-10 weeks.  more
