Is RESPeRATE covered by insurance?
While RESPeRATE is not yet covered by Medicare or major health plans, some insurance plans have covered RESPeRATE on a case-by-case basis. You can work with your doctor to submit a Prior Authorization of Benefits form to your insurer. For the convenience of your physician, this online form is available on our website.
