Yes SAFAL is a project initiated by Anil Agrawal foundation,Vedanta University Project and being operationalised by Access development services a national level technical service providing agency on livelihoods and microfinance, with funding support of Anil Agarwal Foundation. This is a multi stakeholder project which involves various important stakeholders like Govt. line departments, financial institutions, resource agencies and marketing agencies for achieving the long term objective of sustainable economic enhancement of the farm families.
