A. In the interests of being a fair employer, GAL’s salary offers are made utilizing salary scales that reflect the skills, experience and qualifications required for each position and those of the personnel appointed. FAMILY INFORMATION Q. Can my family accompany me? A. Yes. Families are welcome, but GAL recommends that family members accompany the employee after the probationary period.
