Is sharebuilder.com a good site??
All brokers will ask for your social security number. And other personal information. Is sharebuilder a good site? Their fees are reasonable only if you plan on making systematic investments for the long term. If you want to buy at irregular times, or place limit orders, they are expensive. And sell orders fees are also high. Another thing to consider: The questions about sharebuilder I have seen on answers suggests their customer service is not very good. All things considered, I do not believe the small savings you get is worthwhile. Check out Scottrade or TDAmeritrade. I believe your investing experience will be much better.
