Is spirulina good for weight loss?
If you want to lose weight slowly and healthily, I wouldn’t worry about cutting out meals. Keep it at three meals a day, just cut down on the portion sizes. Spirulina is very good for you, it’s a superfood, but If weight loss is your goal there are much better options. Fruit juice is great as long as it’s a 100% juice blend with no sugar. No fruit cocktails! My favorite thing to drink throughout the day that really, really aids in weight loss is just water with lemon in it. Water alone would be very healthy, too, but adding the lemon will detoxify you even more, and generally improve your health. Good luck!
