Is spontaneous human combustion real?
Its true. There are cases of people surviving an episode of combustion but only a couple. Other then that the only evidence of Human Combustion are the remains of the victims. The survivors usually have have severe burns emanating from the inside of their bodies. I personally think that it is a chemical issue that occurs when just the right chemical conditions or present in the body they ignite like gasoline and the fire spreads until the fuel is gone.
