Is Stain Solver safe to use on all wood, including pressure-treated decks?

NO! Stain Solver can darken redwood. Redwood that has not aged is the most vulnerable. Always test Stain Solver on a small remote part of the redwood to see what happens. The darkening happens rapidly and can make the redwood appear almost black. Use Oxalic Acid to clean and brighten redwood if you want to be completely safe. Stain Solver is safe to use on all other woods, including cedar and pressure-treated decks. Stain Solver can be used on bare wood also, except as noted above.
