Is starting a window cleaning business a good idea?
If this is the business you want to get into then go for it. Just remember that you will be providing a “luxury” that some may not want to pay for in this troubled times. Look at window cleaning for retail outlets, resturants and hotels who need this service. Also look at maybe cleaning up houses that are being put up for sale.
Since you can start it with almost nothing what could it hurt? Be prepared to politely and positively visit business owners 5-6 times before they consider trying you. Keep a list of who you visited when. In my area there’s a guy with ladders that also does outside house windows etc. There’s also a window washing business that was started with a wagon that now has trucks and pressure washers.
