Stuart Prenatal Plus is a tablet form prenatal vitamin that contains your basic vitamins and nutrients, specifically Folic Acid, Iron and Calcium. Stuart Prenatal Plus forgot to put in the other key ingredient, DHA and it only contains 15% of the recommended daily allowance of Calcium, one of the most important pregnancy nutrients. Stuart Prenatal Plus does not contain any high-end ingredients like CoQ-10, Inositol, Ginger Root, Choline or a probiotic blend, so we do not consider this prenatal vitamin a high quality vitamin.
