Is sunstroke more prevalent in hot humid climates or in hot dry climates?

I would say, it is more prevalent in hot humid climates. High humidity makes the actual temperature feel hotter. This is because humid weather doesn’t allow for easy evaporation of sweat from the skin. The evaporation of sweat is what brings a cooling effect to the body. Drinking lots of water during hot humid days. A dehydrated person may not be able to sweat fast enough to dissipate heat, which causes the body temperature to rise. Abnormal elevation in body temperature [or Hypothermia], accompanied with physical and neurological symptoms may result to heat stroke.

it is more prevalent in hot dry areas because humidity ,to a certain extent ,prevents the hotness of the sun reaching to the surface(as evaporation occurs in the atmosphere)
