Is sweating whilst sleeping normal?
If this wasn’t normal then I would be classed as really weird because hunni I have to tell you – it’s butt freezing here and I’m still a little moist! If your other half is anything like me then he may have a high body temperature and I have been told there is little I can do about it. Except keep cool and drink lots of fluids to replace those that are lost – done and done. You have to feel sorry for the guy coz it’s not nice to wake up and find yourself drowning in your own sweat, not least when the person you love is lying right next to you and is as dry as a bone. If it is as much a problem to him as it is for you then why not ask him to see a doctor and maybe they can offer better advice.
