Is table-tennis a form of exercise?

0

Indeed, table tennis is a sport and thus a type of exercise. However, in comparison to running, table tennis has very little contribution to your fitness. After all, running directly affects your heart, whereas table tennis only requires you to move around a small table. That’s not to say that table tennis won’t make you sweat. O, the speed and spin of the ball will certainly make you sweat when you play against someone good. I play both table tennis and badminton. Badminton is way more tiring because you have to constantly lunge here and there and run around the court and smash, whereas table tennis is almost relaxing.
