Is Tempurpedic any good?
I was doing some DD on them a while back because I was considering getting one. People seem to either love them or hate them. One thing everyone recommended was that if you buy one, don’t order it directly from the company as they are notoriously difficult when it comes to defective product return, and try it for free returns. If you look around some local reputable furniture dealers they’re more likely to provide you a hassle free experience if you decide you don’t like it, plus you’ll get to check out their demo floor model before you do anything. As far as I know, there are several different models of tempurpedics that have different compositions of different types of foam. Many of the old school models used a large amount of simple egg crate quality foam as a support layer under the tempur material and alot of people reported the mattresses developing “pits” after a year or so.
