Is that just going to feed peoples cynicism about corruption among the police?
In a simple mathematical way, if you look at this story, there’s four or five dirty cops. In the NYPD there’s a whole plethora, there’s hundreds, there’s thousands, of cops who are not on the take. That’s not to say there isn’t corruption everywhere. But I would still trust cops as much as I would trust anyone. Q: Not since your co-star Edward Norton did Fight Club with Brad Pitt has he traded more punches than he does in the fight scene with you. What was that like? A: It was good fun. It was one of those days at the office where you get paid to be a kid again. The director didn’t want it to be technical, so he didn’t want all clean left hooks and right crosses.
