Is the 3 for 5 day Disneyland Park hopper tickets upgradeable to an annual passes?

Yes you can apply the cost of the ticket to an Annual Pass. You are given credit for what ever price you paid on the ticket. However, you can not get money back if you decide to go with an AP that is less than the cost of the ticket you bought. The ticket must still be valid for you to do this. So you have to upgrade by the end of the last day you are there. That is you can’t have the last use today and go back next week to do the upgrade. If you are going to purchase a pass that does not have any blockout days(or none while you are there) it is better to get the AP the first day. This way you can take advantage of any of the discounts. If you are going to get a pass that has blockout days while you are there you may find it better to get the AP on the last day. What they will do is make the date of the AP the date of the first use of the ticket.
