Good news. The companies we have recently vetted and are qualified for providing property management services have no monthly base fee. In the next iteration of the rental income analysis, the $100 monthly Property Management fee will be eliminated. The only compensation to a Property Management company will be based on performance, as expressed in their 30% of the gross rental income.
