Yes it is. We always like the customer to verify all local, state and federal guidelines when it concerns disposal of any hazardous material. With our Spill Guard Neutralizer Absorbent you will see a color change for acid and caustic based liquids. Once this color change stops, and the absorbent remains its original color, the spill has been neutralized and can be land filled at this point. If the spill is solvent based, our product will still absorb, but it will need to be disposed of with other petroleum base products since these are not land fillable.
