MSU’s procurement card and the American Express Corporate Travel Card are two separate and unique products and programs. The procurement card is designed for purchase of products and non-travel related services and is billed directly to Michigan State University. The American Express Corporate Travel Card is designed for MSU business travel expenses and the card member is billed monthly.
