Is the ancient Egyptian god Anubis good or evil?

Well, he was the psychopomp, the god they imagined as the guide between real life and what they imagined for an afterlife. I’d be doubly skeptical about some astrological website. They typically don’t really have accurate information about the religions of ancient cultures, and just make it up. Secondly even if it was an ancient religion, that doesn’t mean the ancient Egyptians weren’t imagining it all either. The black and white “good vs evil” idea is mostly from monotheism. Polytheistic religions generally have a more subtle worldview, where there’s different forces that oppose each other, but not as two extremes. Again, I’m not saying they are magical forces, just that your “good or evil” dichotomy comes from your culture, just the like “astrologists” who are making it up are.
