I was like this in college. The thought of something bad could make me have an anxiety attack. There is medication that can help, you should see a doctor for that. A doc could help you find one that is helpful. I did not take medication for mine. I knew where the source of my stress was coming from and I tried to avoid that source. if you can pick out the source of your stress and get it out of your life, that would help. If you can’t get it out of your life, use time management and relaxing techniques to calm yourself down. Learning some breathing techniques is always helpful for when the stress is making feel sick.
