Is the artist responsible if a Investor isn satisfied with the end result of the recording?
No, neither the artist nor BandStock is liable for this. It is a small risk the consumers -in this case the Investors- are willing to take, just like when they buy a CD in a store and wont really know if they like it or not until they come home and put it in the player and by this point the purchase has already been made.
