Is the beef wrapped in butcher paper?
No, the processed beef is individually wrapped in air-tight, vacuum sealed, freezer ready packaging. Product with the bone still in such as a T-Bone or Rump Roast has a puncture resistant clear “bone guard” added. Essentially, it is an additional layer of plastic placed between the bone and the outer plastic vacuum packaged to assist in preventing a puncture by the bone.
