Yes, CIC is considered to be a branch of CBU in that CIC offers CBU programming to its students. The curriculum is the same as CBU’s, the faculty and textbooks are all approved by CBU who perform several inspections each year. In addition, the Academic Vice President at CIC is responsible for Quality Control of all CBU programs. The Canadian credentials earned by CIC students, whether they be Diplomas or Degrees, are CBU credentials, and they are conferred by CBU.
