The package you will download contains Rich Text Format templates. The Rich Text Format templates are compatible with just about every word processor program and appear to also work well for our customers using a Macintosh PC. Please note that if you are running a MAC and experience difficulty extracting the files following download, all you have to do is contact us and we will promptly e-mail the templates to you.
