Is the Cocopa Law supported by the countrys indigenous groups, or just by the zapatistas?

0

The Cocopa’s legislative proposal is supported by representatives of indigenous organizations of all Mexico’s ethnic groups, grouped in the National Indigenous Congress. In addition, it has been analyzed and discussed over the last four years in many of the indigenous communities throughout the country. Over the last few years no legislative proposal has received such analysis, debate and backing by Mexican citizens, primarily indigenous.
