Is the doctor available at all times during the regular office hours to answer any questions?
The doctor is in the office during regularly scheduled appointments, however sometimes it is difficult to attend to every question while she is seeing patients. In those cases the office staff will take your message and she will answer as soon as she is freed from attending to the patients. The doctor will be interrupted only for true emergencies.
