Is the east London accent how ethnic people speak?

I was born and raised in East London and still, even I haven’t figured out why people voluntarily talk in a manner which makes a mockery out of their intelligence like that. I think it might have something to do with the amount of foreign people living in East London, though… and I’m not being racist – I’m mixed race myself. This is merely a theory from my observation over the years: The English language has been thoroughly debased by those whose mother tongues lie elsewhere. These people don’t show English the respect that every language deserves, so they make hideous phrases which they find easier to say, as opposed to the tidier language which English was, only last century.
