A69: This should be in the collateral file. Q70: We are a lender that currently sends a letter to the borrower when the loan is sold. We have a sentence that reads: Your federal students loans listed below have been sold to the Department of Education, and will be serviced by: • The Servicer Name is listed as: Department Of Education Student Loan Servicing Center • Our assumption is this would be the same for each of the 4 servicers so would not need to be variable. Correct us if that is an invalid assumption and please provide exactly what would be listed for each servicer.
