After someone sends you a greeting card you suppose to get an e-mail with directions on how to pick up the card. You will get a URL that all you need is to click it or cut&paste it into your browser. Another option is to cut (using Ctrl+C) the card number from the e-mail you’ve been sent, click on “Click here to pick up Greeting cards” link on our main page, then just paste (Ctrl+V) the card number at the box and click on “Go!” besides it.
