Biblical Hebrew and Modern Hebrew are 90% the same. Where they differ is in various concatenations and grammatical constructs that are present in Biblical Hebrew and not in Modern Hebrew (9 verb forms are present in Biblical Hebrew- only five are commonly used in modern Hebrew and very rarely a seventh.) Moses spoke Hebrew, and whatever lingo the Egyptians and Midianites spoke (two other groups of people he lived amongst). The one are where there are differences are in pronunciation. There are three common pronunciations- Ashkenazi Sephardi Temeni Of the three- Temeni is probably the closest to the ancient pronunciations, of the three Temeni is the only one in which every letter has an unique sound- but even then we have no certainty as to how close to the original it is aside from knowing it is the closest of the three.
