Yes. The information in the jointly developed Delivery Specification is exactly the same for both GSEs. In June 2010, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae published individual GSE-specific Implementation Guides for Loan Delivery Data that provide the GSE-specific valid values and conditionalities for certain data points that reflect the unique business terms and system requirements for each GSE.
