Is the magic bullet blender/juicer/grater thing any good?
I haven’t used the Magic Bullet thing but I got the Ninja Prep Master and I do use it quite a bit. I needed something with multiple containers that I could chop up foods finely for hubby; he had a dose of major dental surgery and eating was difficult for several weeks. I got mine at Sam’s Club. Their package gives you 3 of the two cup containers and the bigger one for about $10. more. It’s pretty impressive as far as power goes; I chopped up steak for hubby in about 6 pulses. The pitcher is great for larger batches, making batters like pancake batter and of course, smoothies or icy drinks. The blades are really, really sharp so handle with extreme caution. I think it chops things like herbs, garlic and small amounts better than a food processor because it’s smaller and has multilevel blades. Honestly, I’m surprised how much I use it.
