Is the mediator required to file a report of mediator in all cases?

0

The mediator must file a report of mediator with the Dispute Resolution Coordinator in all cases, even if no conference is held. The only exception is when the mediator receives an order from the Commission dispensing with mediation. The mediator should not attach a copy of the parties’ memorandum of agreement to the report.
