Runners will be making their way up the hills around Syracuse Sunday. It’s the 31st annual Mountain Goat Run. The name comes from the course, which takes runners through the city’s highest elevations. Thousands of people take part each year, and besides the main 10 mile race, there are also a Kids Fun Run, and a 3K run/walk.
