Yes, each customer’s Precious Metals Pak is insured while traveling through the US Mail and while in the custody of Cileone Inc. The insurance maximum per Precious Metals Pak recycling envelope is $100.00 as described in our Terms and Conditions.* If you believe your items are worth more than $100.00, we recommend that you insure your shipment for more at your own expense using any carrier you choose. Please be sure to keep your receipt as we will refund your shipping expense if items are purchased!
