When downloaded from the Web site, P-touch Editor and the printer driver are separate files. Be sure to download and install both P-touch Editor and the printer driver. • The P-touch driver may not be the default printer for P-touch Editor. In P-touch Editor, select [Printer/Page Setup] from the [File] menu to display the Printer Setup dialog box. Check that “P-touch Series Printer” is selected and that the printer is listed below it. If “P-touch Series Printer” is not selected, select it, and then click the “Set as Default” button. If a P-touch Series Printer is listed under “Other Printer”, the driver has not been installed correctly. Try installing the driver again.
