In order to be reimbursed for the registration fee, all military and government attendees must ensure that their travel orders indicate the Symposium “registration fee is a reimbursable expense and includes one breakfast and one dinner meal on April 8, 2009.” Be sure to keep your registration fee receipt and attach it to your travel voucher as proof of payment.
