Is the resident required to do oral presentations?
The residents are required to do monthly formal presentations to the pharmacy administrative staff. Other presentations may be required as determined by the preceptor, physicians, nursing staff, or professors from the graduate school. The resident will be required to present posters at the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting as well as project presentations at the Midwest Pharmacy Residents Conference each year. Additional opportunities to present include departmental journal club, and others.
