Is the Rewards for Justice Program successful?
The Rewards for Justice Program is extremely successful and has resulted in the apprehension of international terrorists, including Ramzi Yousef, who was convicted for his role in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. The program also is credited with preventing acts of international terrorism and saving lives.
