Is the SOAR list moderated?
A. Strictly speaking, no. Some groups, such as you may find on the USENET, are moderated, meaning that one person previews each message posting before allowing it to be posted to the entire group. SOAR messages are not previewed. All messages posted by mail list members are sent to MSN and are immediately available to all members. However, the group does have one or more “mentors”.
